Hello and welcome to Wizard of Awes Child Psychology Scottsdale. I'm Dr. Jillian Loebs, and I am thrilled to lead you and your children on a journey toward emotional growth and mental well-being.

I embarked on my own journey in the realm of psychology at Berkeley University, where I completed my studies in 1997. Inspired by a deep-seated passion for understanding the intricate workings of the young mind, I dedicated my career to the field of child psychology.

Drawing on over two decades of experience, I approach each child as a unique individual with their own set of magical abilities and challenges. My methodology intertwines the evidence-based rigors of psychology with the transformative power of compassionate care, creating a nurturing environment that encourages children to flourish.

Building Wizard of Awes has been a labor of love, sprouted from my vision of a world where every child is recognized for their inherent potential and provided with the tools to tackle life's challenges. This vision is underpinned by my belief that within every young person lies a hero waiting to be discovered and nurtured.

When I’m not in the office, I can often be found immersed in the world of books, seeking out the next great adventure in fiction, or exploring Colorado's breathtaking landscapes with my family. This love for stories and the outdoors infuses my practice with creativity and a sense of wonder.
